Map and directions
Presswood Chiropractic is accessible from Highway 94, just north of Page Avenue/Highway 365, in St. Charles, Missouri.
DIRECTIONS: Turn west from Highway 94 onto Pralle Drive (at White Castle) from Highway 94. (You’ll turn left on Pralle if you’re traveling north on Highway 94 and coming from the Page Avenue direction. If you’re coming the other way, away from Interstate 70, you’ll turn right on Pralle.) Head north (away from White Castle) on old Highway 94 approximately 200 yards. Turn right in the same spot as Domino’s Pizza, across Highway 94 from the movie theater.
